I created Behind the Cover because, (you guessed it), I love books! And I love to talk about them. But I don't have a captive audience to dump my opinions on in person, so I decided to create a way that I can share them freely and hopefully inspire some interesting conversations!

There is so much that goes into a book. The characters, the plot, the themes and subject matter. They can be light-hearted and hilarious, fantastical and adventurous, or even dark and thought-provoking. The possibilities are limitless, and what better way to appreciate them than to dive into all of their complex layers?

This blog will feature exactly that: my honest thoughts and opinions on all of the elements of the books that I read. The good, the bad, and everything in between.
